IPI Fully Committed to 5 Star Resort

A small extract from IPI's response to some recent investor concerns:

"Without input from the investors and your commitment this resort would never be a reality. IPI, as always, are committed to constructing a magnificent 5 start resort that will reach and exceed all of the investors and guests expectations. We hope that after reading this response that you can appreciate the enormous amount of additional money and sweat that is being put into this development to ensure that all are happy.

IPI are unlike most developers, intrinsically linked to the long-term success of the project and therefore have the same goals as our investors. We have never, nor ever will compromise on quality and we have demonstrated this commitment time and time again despite the cost."

    Great answer from IPI. They put a lot of work in answering all questions. They finally made my day. If they would have written all of their newsletters this way, than the there would not have been a problem. Thanks Best Western for taking all the trouble. It was worth it.

    Great response from IPI, I agree with Soulje if the newsletter were in this detail the problems on this forum wouldn’t have occurred. It will take time to digest all the information but it explains the reasons for the changes in more detail and I will sleep a little better tonight.

    I think this should be done on a regular basis as it keeps us informed, keeps us positive and will help keep the forums positive which is good for all of us.

    Have had a chance to read the response from IPI I have to admit that am feeling a little sorry for having taken such a hard line with our developer and for doubting their intention to deliver a top notch resort. Zafarana Investor will be sending an apology to IPI for any suggestion that they have not been upfront with investors. It is regrettable that Walter Van De Haar (who has left IPI) was included in the list of recipients of our letter.

    If somebody is willing to draft a positive letter to thank IPI for their response to our letter, then Zafarana Investor will be more than happy to send it to IPI on our behalf.

    I think it would be unfair if we did not take note of IPI's request when in their response they request us to desist from unfounded or out of context comments, and that any comment or concern be brought to the attention of IPI for a response first rather than spreading negativity.

    Like HCG and soulje, I am pleased, reassured and highly impressed with the response from IPI. In my view IPI deserve our full support.

    I truly believe that IPI have addressed all of the issues that concern us in a very thorough manner and that you will all be pleased with the content.

    I think problems arose due to mis-communication, the newsletter certainly wasn’t as clear as the letter received yesterday and when we contacted IPI individually with our concerns we did not receive a reply, the lack of communication has caused worry and upset and admittedly has escalated out of control on this forum.

    The main thing is ensuring this doesn’t happen again and therefore one of two things needs to happen, IPI needs to look into what is happening when a question is emailed through as it is a common complaint that emails are not responded to, this hasn’t always been the case as they used to reply very quickly, something has therefore gone wrong over the last few months. In addition would they like us to communicate with them in this way on a regular basis as it has meant just one reply from them to answer all our concerns and we all seem a lot happier and more confident today.

    What a fantastic, detailed and informative response from IPI !!! Again, I am really excited about our investment. The resort will be amazing when it is finished.

    It will be the best resort in Ain Soukhna...by far!
    The amazing restaurants, the fantastic range of pools, the high quality accommodation, the Red Sea on our door stop, the diving on the reef, sports facilities, night time entertainment. This resort will have it all.

    I am especially pleased that we will receive compensation for the over-running of the construction. This definitely goes some way towards making up for the delay. IPI have again shown themselves to be a very competent and thoughtful developer...(I knew the Dutch wouldn't let us down)

    As we already stated we are very pleased with the detailed response from IPI. So IPI is able to communicate very well after all. Don't forget that, if we did not write the letter, we wouldn’t have all this information and IPI would have had less happy investors. So our action was successful and has been for the best of everybody. Let's all go for it!

    I agree that that problem has been the lack of response to queries from the after sales department. But today I am again looking forward to the Zafarana development again, I don’t want to say I told you so but I have always had confidence in IPI and hopefully you guys will now feel the same.

    I have not posted on this forum for a long time but have been following it closely and it is nice to see that IPI has responded positively to the queries put forward. As some people have said, as individuals we do not always get the response from IPI that we think we should and the news letter although a good idea does not always give enough information. Thanks for all the effort Bestwestern and everyone else put into the letter as it seems that a group letter gets a much better response than an individual one although to be fair if IPI had to reply to everyone that sent them a query they would probably be doing it full time.

    A problem has occurred in how they have been updating us, although I am very grateful that they have taken the time to listen to our concerns and send us a detailed and considered response.

    Good evening, Thank you to Heather who sent me a copy of the letter today, the response from IPI was very good and answered all of the reservations i have had over the last few days on the forum.

    It would be nice to get in contact with others which IPI have referred to in the letter we do seem to be the minority of investors on this web site, and IPI seem to refer to another larger group which are calling the shots. Is anyone aware of this other group?
