Steering Group Meeting
13th of May 2009

Attendance: Investors who have signed up for the Steering Group, and the board of IPI.

Pupose: To form the steering group and to formulate tasks and priorities. To promote communication between investors and IPI Management. The agenda for the meeting will be published on the MONDI IPI secure site.

Action: Investors are requested to post their questions / concerns / comments on the secured MONDI forum website. These questions will be discussed during this meeting. A report of the meeting will appear on the secure MONDI site.
