Once the resort is up and running, everything should be done to ensure that holidaymakers have an excellent time, so that they leave glowing comments on feedback sites (such as tripadvisor) about their stay. So how do we ensure this? The following are some suggestions:
- abundance and good variety of food and drink at reasonable prices
- a good range of on-site activities for all age ranges
- access to to 'added value' features, such as organised excursions
- ensure apartments and resort facilities are maintained to a high standard
- excellent customer service from resort staff
- free transfers (or ability to book transfers) to the resort as part of the package
- on-going improvements, additions and developments to the resort, even after it is up and running
